Almighty God, we thank You for bestowing Your blessing on the Couples For Christ Conference slated for July 27, 28 and 29 2018 in Vancouver. As in the previous conferences, may we continue to honor and glorify You through this event. We thank You, dear Lord, for the grace You have given our community here in Greater Vancouver Area, which allows us to grow in faith and numbers. Thank You for making us a part of Your kingdom building here in Canada and in the world. May this gift of evangelization be renewed and reborn in us through this conference.
Stand by our Brothers and Sisters responsible for organizing the conference, as we thank You for the servant’s hearts You have given to them. We pray that the conference run smoothly and that Your hand would be evident in everything that transpires. We bring ourselves to You for Your outpouring of humility, wisdom, creativity, sense of order and abundant resources as we prepare and bring forth the completion of Your plans for this event. Replace the anxiety within us with a quiet confidence, and the fear within us with a strong faith.
Grant travelling mercies as our brothers and sisters from Western Region and around the world converge in Vancouver. Keep us safe in cars, boats, planes, and trains.
And since our theme for this year is “Rekindle The Gift … Fulfill Your Ministry!” may this conference transform us to be more courageous and firm in our commitment to our vision and mission. Give us the strength to persevere whatever the cost may be and the grace to do this with love. We ask these in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and through the intercession of our Blessed Mother Mary. Amen.
